If for any reason you’re not happy with the items received, please return them unused in unopened original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your order with proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of $6.00 will apply and any freight charges are non-refundable.
Please note additional 3% credit card or Afterpay fees apply to all cancellations and returns, as these fees are now retained by credit card companies and Afterpay even when payment is refunded.
Please note Ecosprout do not “exchange” items.
Instead please return the item you no longer want by following the below instructions. Once we receive the items back the items be will checked and processed for a refund immediately if in original condition.
If there is another item you would prefer instead please go ahead and purchase through our usual online store.

Please note items are returned at your expense. If you find a manufacturing fault please email or call us on 0800 884653 to advise within 10 days of purchase.

If you are returning a product, please note that ALL returns are required to be returned UNOPENED in the original box or packaging. Unfortunately, if items returned have obviously been opened then refunds will be invalid and we will return the items back to you.
