International Shipping from New Zealand

  • Due to customs restrictions we are unable to ship any Rattan Elephant grass overseas. This includes; Dog Beds, Rattan Décor, African Moses Baskets and African Change Baskets.

IMPORTANT  Due to the increase in parcel theft we can no longer be responsible for parcels which have been stolen from front doors or letterboxes.
PLEASE NOTE: Nationwide Couriers and NZ Post deliveries to residences are being targeted by parcel theft. We at Ecosprout pay for a premium service to track and trace/GPS reading on all of our parcels. This allows us to ensure that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address. If a parcel has not been delivered we can process “proof of delivery” from our courier partners by copies of GPS readings and photos of delivery location. 

 

To ensure proof of delivery to your household, or if you feel that your household could potentially be targeted then please make sure you have set up “proof of signature delivery only” for deliveries to your house. You can do this through NZ POST and the individual courier companies who deliver to your area.

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking status to update.
  • International Orders ::: NON TRACKED - If you have selected non-trackable shipping please note we only receive a notification once your package has been delivered. Please allow up to 14 - 21 working days for delivery.
  • International Orders ::: TRACKED - please note you will receive a shipping notification on a separate email from the shipping company which includes your tracking number and link.
Tracked International Orders please allow up to 14- 21 working days for delivery.

 
Rural Delivery - please note that rural deliveries in New Zealand can take up to 5-6 working days.  Please also note that all Rural deliveries under $50 will not have a tracking service added and NZ Post are only delivering to rural addresses twice a week only.
Please Note: "Working days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Deliveries to rural areas will take longer.
Australian Delivery
Large items, such as changing baskets, Moses baskets and Rockers or any item over 1.5kg will have an additional shipping cost. Please contact our Customer Service for the latest information regarding shipping options to Australia for larger items. 
International Delivery
All international orders are sent through New Zealand Post and we ship to most countries. Please use the shipping estimator to calculate freight cost. Please allow at least 15 -21 working days. 

Please Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver.
